I forgot to give my rating for the last album so here it is: 9/10. A knee ways, seeing as yesterday was the 21st anniversary of this album existing, I gave it a listen. It's really great! This album sounds like Ween if they were female. Not saying that is a bad thing, I love Ween! I really love how crappy the audio sounds. Some people may hate it, but I love it. Gives off a very weird vibe. Some of The Mountain Goats' earlier works were recorded off a boombox, but they still are very good tracks. Yes, the lyrics for this album may be silly, but at least the songs are good. One thing I love is that in a lot of the tracks you can hear them trying very hard not to laugh. During "Nothing Came Out" in the middle, it's quite obvious. I can't really tell if this album is serious when a lot of the tracks have intense swearing in them. An example would be "Downloading Porn With Davo". A true classic. A lot of songs are really catchy though. But it still is really sad that this band made one full album and dipped. So, I believe that is all I have to say... well, shall I give my top 5 favorite tracks?
